Meet Design 2011, two exhibitions in Rome and Turin
MEET SHOW is an exhibition entitled "Design, an Italian story," curated by Marco Romanelli and promoted by the RCS Group. Great masters and young designers, critical analysis and research. An unprecedented selection of items offers a glimpse on cross-design types since 1948 and tells the extraordinary work of Italian designers and entrepreneurs.
For this first edition, RCS chose Rome and Turin, two cities of great cultural importance. From September 15 to October 15, 2011, MEET DESIGN will be hosted by the Markets of Trajan in Rome, unique archaeological complex. It will then be the turn of Turin, from 5 November 2011 to 30 January 2012, in the XVIIth century Palazzo San Fermo Bertalazone.
Among the selected designers, the Carlo Moretti and among the exhibits, is exposed the "Cartoccio" vase, designed by Carlo Moretti in 1983.
